We're looking for a Mill Sales Manager who can understand customer needs, provide technical sales expertise, and drive profitable growth across our PEC product and service portfolio.

Your Responsibilities
As a Mill Sales Manager, you will:
- Visit customers to understand their needs, communicate with PSMs and TUs to find products and solutions based on what customers need.
- Collaborate with internal persons responsible for Conduct product/service solution presentations to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide quotations to/close the deals from customers on a timely basis.
- Follow up the on-going responsible projects, claims, quality issues, update customers for the status as needed and provide feedback to supplying units, concerned colleagues for highest customers satisfaction.
- Follow up profitability of projects and develop improvement actions with concerned colleagues.
- Make necessary analysis about sales results by customers, by products geography, market prices or other aspects or business development.
- Provide inputs/Reports as required by BU/TUs/Locations.
- Propose sales budget, commit to approved budget, as well as develop/implement course of actions to reach the target.
- Enhance own knowledge of responsibility.
- Collaboration to concerned people internal/external for shutdown planning for key customers
- Perform according to Quality, Safety, Environmental and other company's management system, policies, practices and instructions.
What You Need To Succeed
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related technical fields.
- Minimum 10 years experience working with relevant industrial products and solutions.
- Proven ability to deliver profitable outcomes—even under high‑pressure environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work across cultures and geographical boundaries.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional and virtual teams within a matrix organization.
- Good presentation, facilitation, and negotiation capabilities.
- English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Understanding of pulping processes and pulp & paper machinery, including key operating principles and process impacts.
