Job Purpose
To manage and analyze sales, inventory, and performance data to provide accurate, timely, and actionable insights that support decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1.) Data Management & Reporting
- Design and create the appropriate database from the existing data.
- Collect, consolidate, and validate sales data from distributors, field teams, and internal systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports for management review.
- Maintain product-wise, territory-wise, and customer-wise sales dashboards.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and systems.
2.) Sales Analytics & Insights
- Track and analyze key sales KPIs (sales vs. target, secondary sales, channel wise sales, etc.).
- Identify sales trends, highlight deviations, and provide insights for corrective actions.
- Support business reviews with performance summaries and analytical inputs.
3.) System & Process Support
- Manage and update SFE / ERP data related to field activities, inventory, and incentives.
- Coordinate with IT/SFE teams for report automation and data integration.
- Ensure timely upload and validation of field force data (e.g., call reporting, incentive tracking).
4.) Incentive & Budget Tracking
- Assist in preparing incentive calculations for the sales team based on approved schemes.
- Track budget utilization for promotional and incentive programs.
5.) Coordination & Compliance
- Liaise with sales, finance, and supply chain teams for data alignment and reconciliation.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company data policies.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc.) MS Access and Power BI or similar tools.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical sales data (secondary sales, coverage, PCPM, etc.) preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Qualification & Experience:
- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Commerce, Science, or IT.
- 24 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or sales operationspreferably in a pharmaceutical company.
- Ability to communicate in English.
