We are a well-established Japanese trading company based inSingapore, serving customers across various industries. We are currentlylooking for a dedicated and detail-oriented MIS Manager (IT Manager).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the company's overall IT infrastructure, systems, and network operations.
- Oversee ERP implementation, maintenance, enhancements, and user support.
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage cybersecurity, data protection, backup, disaster recovery, and system compliance.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to internal users.
- Ensure smooth operation of servers, cloud services, and network infrastructure.
- Prepare IT budgets and manage IT assets.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
- Minimum 8-10 years of IT experience.
- At least 3-5 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking and cybersecurity.
- Experience managing external vendors and IT projects.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and project management skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or trading companies would be an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco or relevant professional certifications.
- Experience leading ERP implementation or digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and IT governance.
