MKM_Technical Specialist (Makro Fresh Manachai)

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the operation of cold storage systems to ensure continuous and efficient performance.

• Inspect, analyze, and troubleshoot technical issues related to refrigeration systems such as chillers, freezers, evaporators, and condensers.

• Plan and perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) for all cold storage equipment.

• Control and monitor temperature and environmental conditions inside cold storage warehouses to meet required standards.

• Support installation, modification, and upgrading of cold storage machinery and related systems.

• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for maintenance, repair, and improvement projects.

• Prepare and maintain maintenance reports, equipment records, and technical documentation.

• Develop and update technical documents such as SOPs, Work Instructions, PM schedules, and maintenance logs.

• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to the maintenance team and related departments.

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, GMP, HACCP, ISO, and other relevant standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
