Job Summary
Lead the overall Modern Trade & CVS business with full commercial ownership, driving sustainable growth, profitability, and strategic partnerships with key customers (especially 7-Eleven). This role will manage a team, shape channel strategy, and deliver Joint Business Plans aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Commercial Leadership
- Own and drive channel strategy for Modern Trade & CVS
- Lead annual business planning, JBP, and customer P&L
- Set sales targets, growth roadmap, and investment strategy
- Identify new business opportunities, category expansion, and shopper-driven growth
- Lead top-to-top and senior-level customer engagement
Key Account & Customer Management
- Build long-term strategic partnerships with key accounts (e.g., 7-Eleven)
- Negotiate trading terms, annual agreements, and win-win business plans
- Drive distribution, visibility, and category leadership across all stores/formats
- Lead new product launches and nationwide campaigns
Financial & Performance Management
- Own revenue, profitability, trade spend, and ROI
- Monitor sales performance, demand forecast, and stock management
- Develop pricing and promotion strategy to maximize margin and market share
- Ensure achievement of KPIs across all accounts
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop the Key Account / MT team
- Set clear targets and performance management framework
- Build a high-performance, collaborative culture
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Category teams
- Align on S&OP, innovation pipeline, and channel execution excellence

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 8–12+ years in Modern Trade / CVS / Key Account Management
- Strong experience managing 7-Eleven at a strategic level
- Proven track record in delivering high revenue growth and P&L ownership
- Experience leading and developing a sales team
- Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and financial acumen
- FMCG / Food industry background is highly preferred
- Fluent in Thai and good command of English
