Senior Fullstack Developer (React JS & React Native)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Developer with a strong focus on front-end technologies, particularly React JS and React Native. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading development projects and possess a solid understanding of backend technologies, specifically Spring Boot. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of web and mobile applications using React JS and React Native.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
- Utilize Spring Boot for backend development tasks as needed, ensuring seamless integration with front-end applications.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience with React JS and React Native is a deal breaker.
- Strong understanding of Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and UI/UX best practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools (Jest, Mocha, etc.).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on fullstack technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
