Mold Manufacturing Senior Engineer

Job Description

1. Lead the development and manufacturing of new mold insert spare partsin the precision machining workshop.
2. Plan andprioritization moldinsert spare part manufacturing to ensure on-time delivery, quality and compliance.
3. Providecontinuous improvement in mold manufacturing process and developtechnician competency.
4. Lead and monitor expenses, cost consumable and identify cost-saving opportunities in tool workshop.
5. Lead activity/ workshop to improve quality and safety topics.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Mold & Die engineer/ Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or related fields
2. 5 years of experience in mold manufacturing.
3. Advance knowledge for precision machining process EDM, HSM, Wire cut, Grinding, Laser welding
4. Knowledge new insert spare part making and mold tool repair process.
5. Able to us 3D NX, CAD/CAM ,Solid work, Inventer
6. Root cause analysis , Problem solving
7. Good command in both Thai and English

Working conditions
. Monday to Friday, 8:00 am. - 5:30 pm.
