The Graphic Designer is responsible for leading the visual direction and creative execution across all marketing campaigns, brand communications, and digital platforms. This role oversees design quality, ensures brand consistency, and integrates animation and AI tools to enhance creative efficiency and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and define visual direction for campaigns and brand communications.
- Develop key visuals and oversee design execution across digital, social, print, and in-mall media.
- Ensure all creative outputs align with Siam Paragon's premium brand positioning.
- Develop animation and motion graphics for digital platforms and campaign materials.
- Integrate AI tools to enhance creative efficiency and innovation.
- Align design execution with marketing plans and business objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency and high professional quality standards.
- Ensure design quality and on-time delivery of all assigned projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in retail, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign work, motion graphics, and digital content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with animation and short-form video production.
- Familiarity with AI tools for creative production (e.g., generative AI, image enhancement, AI-assisted motion).
