Motion Graphic Specialist

Responsibilities

1. Create engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and branding materials.
2. Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and visual directions aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.
3. Edit and enhance video content with visual effects, sound, transitions, and animation techniques.
4. Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and production teams to deliver high-quality multimedia content.
5. Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery under tight deadlines.
6. Stay updated with motion graphic trends, tools, and creative techniques to continuously improve content quality.
7. Provide creative guidance and support to junior designers or team members when required.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or related fields.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Motion Graphic or Video Production roles.
3. Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related software.
4. Strong creative storytelling, animation, and video editing skills.
5. Knowledge of 2D/3D animation, visual effects, and sound design is an advantage.
6. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphic and video production projects.
