Job Summary
- Responsible for ERS (Emergency Roadside Service) cases: provide roadside vehicle service, maintain service tools/vehicles, and prepare service and expense reports as assigned by the Mechanic Consultant and Service Supervisor.

Essential Job Functions /
- Work at the Service Station and provide roadside service to customers.
- Maintain service equipment and towing truck to ensure effective service.
- Prepare daily service reports.
- Prepare daily expense reports (e.g., fuel and related costs). ( )
- Perform other duties and special assignments as assigned by the supervisor.
Key Working Relationships / - Communicate with external customers; act professionally and effectively with all AA clients.
Work Conditions /
- Working hours: 8 hours per shift : 8
- Working days: 5 days per week : 5
- Location: Service Stations and offsite (roadside) :
Qualifications /
- Vocational certificate or higher in Automotive Technology or related field .
- At least 1 year of experience in automotive service/technician or related field 1 /
- Valid driving licence (car; truck/tow licence is an advantage) (/ )
- Good interpersonal skills and service mindset 6) Strong analytical and problemsolving skills (onsite situations)
- Knowledge of Bangkok and surrounding routes is an advantage
