Responsibilities
- Guest Relations & Brand Loyalty: Deliver exceptional service as a Brand Ambassador, promote membership tiers and programs, gather feedback, and build long-lasting guest connections.
- Personalized Training & Fitness Care: Use movement diagnosis tools to create customized workout routines, instruct proper equipment use, monitor progress, and recommend nutritionists.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain proactive and clear communication across the Longevity Hub team to ensure an integrated, holistic wellbeing experience for all members.
- Standards & Safety Compliance: Ensure a clean, safe environment in line with SOPs, local regulations, and the Clinique La Prairie training path.
- Sales & Administration: Drive cross-selling and program renewals, maintain accurate session records, provide clear rate/policy details, and proactively report facility issues to management.
Qualifications
- Experience & Certifications: Requires a high school diploma/GED, 5+ years of personal training experience in luxury hospitality, Level 2/3 Fitness Diplomas, and active First AID/CPR/AED certification.
- Fitness & Wellness Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of movement equipment, current industry trends, and a solid understanding of nutrition, performance, and healthy eating.
- Guest Service & Soft Skills: Patient, proactive, and highly flexible with working hours; exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to cater to diverse cultures.
- Teamwork & Commercial Mindset: A discreet and confident team player with outstanding networking skills and strong commercial acumen to drive business results.
