MRO Category Deputy Department Manager

Job Scope:

• Building and executing strategic sourcing and category management plan for assigned sub-category
• Developing reliable supply base and building relationship with key suppliers
• Interfacing with users and specifiers to understand needs and deliver value
• Delivering on sub-category savings and goals
• Developing self and team's procurement competencies/skills
• Implement RAPID model for cross functional collaboration
• Improve process across TU Organization
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in any field, Business Administration or Engineering is preferable
• Years of procurement experience with solid experience in MRO/spare parts-categorybackground in manufacturing sector
• Fluent in English
• Knowledgeable in category and market, supply management, and contract management
• Strong in strategy execution, negotiation, supplier relationships, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work at the factory (Samut Sakorn) as required
