Role Summary
ARA's Client is seeking a Microsoft Agentic AI Architect who will be responsible for designing and deploying advanced Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure that all solutions align with ethical AI practices and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an SME in Microsoft Agentic AI solutions, leveraging expertise in Microsoft AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services.
- Lead the design and architecture of multi-agent systems, integrating them into enterprise ecosystems.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver cutting-edge GenAI/Agentic solutions.
- Define and implement Responsible AI practices across solution lifecycles.
- Mentor teams on best practices in agentic AI system design and deployment.
- Drive key architectural and technical decisions across multiple projects.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions on Microsoft's Agentic AI stack.
- Continuously evaluate solution performance and recommend optimizations.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 12-18 years of total experience in IT.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, Autogen, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services.
- Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs).
- Proven experience in designing and implementing agentic AI architectures.
- Hands-on experience in Python and Visual Studio Code.
