Job Title: MSP_D365 Program Manager

Location: Penang, Malaysia (Candidate can be consider India also)

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Leadership and Stakeholder management:

o Own full lifecycle delivery of Dynamics 365 ERP implementations across APAC.

o Manage the program scope, timelines, and success metrics.

o Communicate program status, timelines, risks, and mitigation plans effectively.

o Engage with senior leadership, business leads, and multiple cross-flow teams.

• Localization & Compliance:

o Drive country-specific localization requirements (taxation, statutory reporting, language packs).

o Collaborate with local finance and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence.

• Delivery Coordination:

o Guide architecture decisions, integrations, and data migration strategies.

o Lead cross-functional teams (consultants, developers, testers) across multiple geographies.

o Ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices and security standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience:

o 10+ years in ERP program management; 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

o Proven track record of multi-country ERP implementations with APAC localization

• Skills:

o Strong knowledge of D365 ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement).

o Expertise in statutory compliance for APAC countries (GST, withholding tax, e-invoicing).

o Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Azure DevOps).

Experienced Program Manager to lead localization rollouts of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations) across multiple APAC countries (Singapore, Taiwan, China Shanghai, China Beijing, Korea, Japan). This role demands strong program governance, stakeholder management, and deep ERP expertise to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
