Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Muay Thai Instructor, located in Pattaya. The instructor will be responsible for conducting training sessions, teaching Muay Thai techniques, and mentoring students. Daily tasks include planning and leading classes, providing personalized coaching, ensuring proper form and safety, and fostering a positive and motivating environment for all participants. Instructors may also assist in developing training programs tailored to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Muay Thai, Boxing, and Kickboxing techniques
- Experience in conducting training sessions and teaching martial arts
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire students of all skill levels
- Knowledge of injury prevention and safety practices
- Prior experience competing in or coaching Muay Thai is an advantage
- Certification in fitness or martial arts instruction is a plus
