How you create impact

Operational / Tactical duties

  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting
  • Manage all entities general ledgers, including monthly analytical review and balance sheet reconciliation on key accounts
  • Coordinate with external auditors in the preparation of annual financial statements, including statutory submissions
  • To perform monthly payroll processing and booking
  • To review the organization's Internal Control System (ICS) to eliminate findings and ensure compliance
  • To review and implement accounting policy in line with local legislations

Leadership Responsibility

  • To review and approve daily/ weekly/ monthly bank payments
  • To train & provide knowledge support to the Knowledge Centre General Ledger (KCGL) team for migrated GL tasks

What we would like you to bring

  • Minimum of 5 years in Finance Operations and payroll. Someone from Financial planning and analyst would be additional advantage.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken). Strong ability to communicate effectively is preferable
  • Able to lead a small team while also excelling as an individual contributor.
  • Proficient in Thai statutory tax requirements and finance acts.
