Role Overview:
Nabati Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic National Key Account Manager to
join our growing team in Thailand. The successful candidate will be responsible for
developing and managing strategic partnerships with key modern trade customers
particularly CP Group (7-Eleven, Lotus's, and Makro) to drive sales growth, profitability,
and brand visibility in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic account plans for key modern trade customers (7-
Eleven, Lotus's, Makro) to achieve sales and profit objectives.
Negotiate annual business agreements, trading terms, pricing, and promotional
plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within CP Group and
other national accounts.
Collaborate closely with marketing, trade marketing, finance, and supply chain teams
to ensure flawless execution of in-store activities and promotions.
Analyze sales data, category performance, and competitor activities to identify
growth opportunities and provide actionable insights.
Manage promotional budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
Lead joint business planning with major retailers to ensure alignment on objectives
and initiatives.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and contribute to demand planning and inventory
management.
Coach and support junior sales team members when applicable.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
710 years of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG or
Consumer Goods industry.

Proven experience handling CP Group accounts (7-Eleven, Lotus's, and Makro) is a
must.
Strong commercial acumen with a successful track record of delivering sales and
profitability targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or sales reporting systems is a
plus.
Fluent in both English and Thai (spoken and written).
