What's the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .Net Lead Developer with 8–10 years of hands-on experience to join our Software Development team. You will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance, scalable Windows-based applications and APIs using .Net Framework. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise in C#, .Net, and Windows Services, coupled with a solid understanding of Entity Framework and SQL Server. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities/ Duties
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using .NET (C# .NET WPF, WinUI, ASP.NET Core), Web API
- Architect and implement robust system-level designs, prioritizing maintainability, scalability, performance and security
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure high code quality across the entire development team
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical direction and fostering skill growth
- Design and optimize database schemas, specifically for SQL Server.
- Participate actively in DevOps and CI/CD processes to streamline deployment and delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in both production and development environments
- Demonstrate strong debugging skills and the ability to work independently, taking full ownership of tasks
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvemen
Criteria for the Role!
The successful candidate must have 8+ years of hands-on development experience and strong expertise in:
- Technology Stack: C# .NET / .NET Core
- Architecture: Solid understanding of software architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM/MVC,
- microservices, event-driven communication)
- Performance & Security: Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance optimization
- APIs: Experience with REST APIs / Web Services
- Database: Proficiency in database design and optimization (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL)
- DevOps: Experience with source control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub
- Actions, Jenkins)
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor team members in technical design and development practices
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
- Familiarity with web-based front-end technologies (React, Angular etc)
- Familiarity with customer success tools (e.g., Gainsight, Totango, Salesforce
Basic Qualification: BE/B-TECH/MCA/BCA or bachelor's degree in a related subject
