Network Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Network Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for supporting the deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance of LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. This role offers exposure to enterprise-level IT infrastructure and opportunities for growth in technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy, configure, and maintain network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, wireless solutions).

Coordinates closely with internal sales, project managers and service resources by communicating project status and success metrics.

Provide on-site and remote technical support according to SLA.

Troubleshoot and resolve network/system issues, escalating when required.

Support project implementation together with sales, project management, and service teams.

Prepare documentation, reports, and knowledge transfer materials for clients.

Assist in proof-of-concept and product evaluation activities.

Maintain awareness of new technologies and competitive products.

To provides technical support to customers by remotely or onsite support according to SLA.

Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project objectives.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

13 years of experience in networking deployment or support.

Familiarity with L2/L3 protocols (STP, LACP, OSPF, VRRP, VXLAN) and WLAN technologies.

Experience with multivendor environments.

Basic knowledge of network security solutions (firewalls, endpoint security, email security).

Hands-on with server/virtualization/storage platforms is a plus.

Knowledge of network automation (Python, Ansible) is an advantage.

Language skills: Proficiency in either Chinese or English (both are an advantage).

Certifications such as CCNP/HCIP/PCNSE or equivalent are a strong plus.
