About Our Group

We are a team of IT professionals from Seagate. We are responsible for the planning, design, implementation, organization, and operation of Seagate's data communications network, including VOICE, LANs and WANs, Internet, and Intranet.

About The Role - You Will

  • Carry out day-to-day operational and technical support for network services.
  • Maintain updated schematic diagrams for infrastructure and low-level architecture design diagram.
  • Maintain updated inventory of network devices.
  • Monitoring network performance, system availability, and reliability.
  • Installing and configuring network hardware such as Wireless AP, Switches, Phones, Routers.
  • Participate in network implementation projects wherever and whenever required.

About You

  • We are looking for candidates who are highly passionate about IT networking.
  • Good analytical skills, especially in incident and problem management.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time management and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, possesses keen sense of urgency, and is a clear-thinker able to perform in high-pressure situations.
  • Eagerness to learn and apply new technologies.

Your Experience Includes

  • Skills in network protocols and technologies, familiarity with network security principles, and experience with networking equipment are highly valued.
  • Have a Strong background or study in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Knowledge in switching and routing such as VLAN, VXLAN, STP, VPC, HSRP, NAT, IPSec, MPLS, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP.
  • Knowledge in IP communication and routing (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).
  • Knowledge in LAN / WAN / WIFI/ Structured Cabling and network equipment such as firewalls, switches, routers, wireless controller, load balancer, Infoblox.
  • Knowledge in network monitoring tools, automation, packet-level analysis of application and network protocols.
