Description of Issue:

Fortinet troubleshooting and network support required at store location.

Purpose of Dispatch:

Provide onsite hands & feet support to assist remote teams in diagnosing and resolving Fortinet-related issues.

Equipment to Carry:

• Fully charged mobile phone (Teams enabled) + headphones

• Masking tape (for cable & port labeling)

• Screwdrivers (basic toolkit)

• Ethernet cable tester

• Laptop with Ethernet & Wi-Fi connectivity

• Console cable

• Ethernet cable
