Job Description

Lead and manage a 24/7 Ad NOC team (focused on ad delivery systems across TV, OTT, VOD, and mobile platforms).

Ensure network uptime, ad delivery reliability, and incident management in real-time ad operations.

Supervise technicians and engineers, implement SOPs, and maintain SLAs, KPIs, and security standards.

Communicate effectively across teams and report performance metrics.

Be fluent in English and Thai

Core Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory:

5+ years in network operations or management, with 2+ years in a 24/7 NOC leadership role

Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs)

Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG)

Hands-on with incident management platforms (ServiceNow, PagerDuty)

Understanding of video ad insertion technologies (splicers, ad inserters, encoders, packagers, manifest manipulators)

Knowledge of Cable/Telco/Satellite/OTT video systems

Strong communication, leadership, and troubleshooting skills

Fluent in English & Thai

Preferred:

Certifications: CCNA, CompTIA Network+, ITIL Foundation

Familiarity with cloud monitoring tools (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Datadog)
