Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive business growth, capital equipment sales through value-based selling and
consultative engagement,
- Build and maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline using CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Develop new markets and strengthen key customer and KOL relationships.
- Deliver clinical demonstrations, workshops, and solution-based selling.
- Gather market intelligence and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, Clinical, Regulatory, Finance, and Supply Chain.
- Support product launches, installed-base expansion, forecasting, CRM, and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to Elekta's Quality Management System and company values.
- Serve as the neuro subject matter expert for clinical and product knowledge, providing
technical guidance and trusted support to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide ongoing post-sales support and strategic guidance to customers to drive product
adoption, optimize clinical outcomes, and identify expansion opportunities.

Educational:
- Bachelor's (master's preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in capital medical device sales, preferably
Neurosurgery/Neuromodulation.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, presentation, stakeholder, and distribution management
skills.
