Role Description

We are seeking an experienced New Business Development Manager or Enterprise Sales Professional who thrives in a commission-only, performance-driven environment. This is not an entry-level role. This is for revenue generators.

Commission Structure:

  • Earn up to 22% commission on closed 12-month contracts
  • Additional retention bonuses for clients continuing beyond month three

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and outbound prospecting
  • Pipeline management and sales forecasting
  • Conduct structured discovery calls with C-level executives, founders, and operations leaders
  • Apply consultative / solution-selling methodologies
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and position AI-driven solutions
  • Negotiate and close 12-month recurring contracts (with structured break clause)
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce or equivalent)
  • Build long-term strategic client partnerships

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS, AI, technology, or high-ticket service sales
  • Strong background in consultative selling and solution-based sales methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability in enterprise sales or mid-market closing
  • Experience managing full sales cycles (prospecting → discovery → closing)
  • Confidence working in a commission-only structure
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong revenue ownership
  • Data-driven approach to sales performance
  • You understand that revenue growth is earned through execution.

Performance Expectations (First 90 days):

  • Secure a minimum of 10 signed clients
  • Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline
  • Demonstrate disciplined CRM hygiene and reporting
  • Execute structured sales processes
  • Show consistent forward deal momentum
