Be part of our fast-growing E-Commerce (MakroPro) team, driving digital business through category management, marketplace (3P), and online customer growth. This role is ideal for talents who are passionate about digital commerce, marketplace, and data-driven business:
- Support management of online category and assortment, ensuring product availability, pricing accuracy, and content quality
- Analyze performance data (traffic, conversion, sales) to identify growth opportunities and improvement areas
- Assist in managing Marketplace (3P sellers), including onboarding, product listing, and performance tracking
- Support execution of online campaigns, promotions, and merchandising activities
- Coordinate with Tech and Operations teams to ensure smooth platform functionality and order fulfillment
- Contribute to O2O initiatives, connecting online demand with offline fulfillment and sales
- Support buyer acquisition and customer growth initiatives, including campaign support and performance tracking
- Monitor key metrics and prepare reports and insights to support business decisions

Requirements
- Fresh graduates or 0-2 years of experience
- Strong interest in E-Commerce, digital platforms, or marketplace business
- Analytical thinking and comfort working with data
- Creative mindset with ability to solve business problems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient in Thai and English
