(NEW GRAD ONLY) Engineer, Test Engineering (Software)

Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain internal software tools to support production testing, data collection, and process optimization
• System Integration: Integrate data from multiple factory systems, including sensors (IoT), PLCs, and production databases, to create unified and automated workflows
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with maintenance technicians, reliability engineers, test engineers, and operations teams to identify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability
• Data Visualization: Build and maintain intuitive dashboards and visualizations to provide real-time monitoring of equipment performance, process parameters, and production metrics.
• Predictive Maintenance: Develop and implement data-driven algorithms or analytical models to detect anomalies, predict equipment failures, and recommend proactive maintenance actions
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate existing test and monitoring systems, identify gaps, and drive improvement initiatives through software and automation enhancements
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain technical documentation, ensure data integrity, and comply with internal quality and safety standards

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree insoftware engineering,robotics engineering, or afield related to automation engineering

SKILLS:

• Proficient in Python (or similar) for backend logic and data processing
• Experience building web-based tools or dashboards
• Familiarity with SQL databases and data visualization tools
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills
• Experience working with sensor data, IoT devices, or industrial automation systems
• Knowleage in basic industrial robot
• Demonstrate good command of English proficiency
