Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• End to End Business ownership of Sustaining Productthrough lifecycle management.
• Support cross-functional teams in sustaining HDD productsand continuous improvement initiatives to gain business benefit (supply, cost, quality).
• Collaborate with functional engineering,manufacturing, quality, and businessteams to ensure program are
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business (cost, shipment etc.).
• Analysis the business scenario to guide team member for the right decision.
• Accountable and focal point to overall product cost for sustaining products with finance collaboration to define optimized product cost strategy and drive execution.
• In the event of quality stop order, execute SSO process and lead core team to define containment, disposition, drives root cause and corrective actions that meet optimized business objectives (accountable for D4 through D8 of 8D process

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Scienceor related field
• Fluent in English communication

PREFERRED:

• HDD fundamental knowledge and technology
• Operational and quality management experience

SKILLS:

• Strategic planning and risk management
• Problem-solving and decision-making
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
