We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to own and drive the entire lifecycle of new product development, from initial concept to successful market launch and beyond. This is a critical, end-to-end role responsible for identifying market opportunities, building compelling business cases, and managing the P&L to ensure the commercial success of our new innovations in the Food & Beverage and Consumer Care sectors. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong business acumen, a hands-on mentality, and a proven track record of bringing successful products to market in the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Intelligence & Opportunity Identification: Conduct in-depth market research and consumer insight analysis to identify emerging trends, consumer needs, and 'white-space' opportunities.
Strategy & Business Planning: Develop comprehensive business plans and financial models for new product concepts, including market sizing, sales forecasting, pricing strategies, and full P&L projections.
End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams (including R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing) to drive the product development process from ideation, feasibility study, and product formulation to packaging and final production.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution: Create and execute robust go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product launches through effective collaboration with the sales and marketing communications teams.
P&L Ownership: Own and manage the full P&L for new product launches, continuously tracking performance against KPIs (revenue, margin, market share) and implementing optimization strategies.
Post-Launch Analysis: Monitor product performance post-launch, gather consumer feedback, and provide data-driven recommendations for future product improvements or line extensions.
Qualifications and Skills:
o [3-5+ for Manager, 5-7+ for Senior Manager] years of proven experience in Product Management, Brand Management, or New Product Development within the FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Consumer Care industry.
o Demonstrable experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch.
o A strong track record of successfully launching new products that met or exceeded business goals.
o Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial metrics with direct experience in P&L management and business case development.
o Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate data and insights into actionable business strategies.
o Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead and influence crossfunctional teams without direct authority.
o Project Management: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
o Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai.
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is a plus
