Conduct DFX (Design for Excellence) reviews at various stages of new product development to enhance manufacturability.
Participate in DFX evaluations (DFM/DFA/DFT) during the prototyping and trial production phases of new product development.
Lead the prototyping and pilot production (mid-scale trial) of new products, promptly coordinating and resolving issues during trial runs.
Collect, organize, and manage DFX issues through closed-loop processes, tracking and driving continuous improvements.
Provide feedback and summarize reports on prototyping and pilot production (mid-scale trial).
Use methods such as DOE to evaluate the feasibility of key processes and optimize process parameters to meet product quality requirements.
Lead small-batch trial production and mass production transition for new products.
Participate in customer audits during the trial production phase of new projects, ensuring timely completion of preparatory tasks and customer input documentation.
Qualifications:
Associate degree or higher in a technical or engineering discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Familiarity with new product introduction (NPI) processes; experience in power supply product manufacturing is preferred.
Strong execution skills and extensive experience in production line issue resolution.
Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Thai is preferred.
