The New Ventures Lead is the core engine to incubate and establish our new ventures. We are looking for highly passionate and driven individuals, who bring the right balance of entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen to build, lead and own new ventures with us for the next decades to come.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage Betagro Groups leadership team to ideate, define and prioritize new venture opportunities that contribute to the Groups overall mission and long-term strategy
- Be the incubator of new ventures lead dedicated cross-functional teams to define each new ventures value proposition, business & operating model, business case, execution roadmap, and product/ service prototype
- Own, manage and groom the new ventures pipeline in collaboration with Business Unit and Corporate Center leaders
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and provide continuous support and coaching to help strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities across Betagro Group
Key Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, venture capital, business development, or e-commerce/ platform-based technology companies
- Strong project management and analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and hands-on problem-solving mentality
- Strong top-down communications & presentation skills (both written & oral), and ability to engage with senior business leaders
- Experience with and understanding of agile methodologies and design thinking is highly preferred
- Track record and experience of incubating and scaling new businesses is highly preferred
