Company Description
Sailgene Technology specializes in Nanopore long-read sequencing, next-generation sequencing (NGS), and the development and application of bioinformatics analysis. Our core team brings years of experience in high-throughput sequencing services, genome assembly, and end-to-end bioinformatics workflows.
In DNA sequencing, we have delivered large and complex genome projects on the Nanopore platform, achieving ultra-long read performance with N50 values exceeding 200 kb. In RNA sequencing, we have developed multiple Nanopore-based offerings, including Direct RNA Sequencing, direct-cDNA sequencing, Direct-LncRNA sequencing, and single-cell full-length transcriptome sequencing. In addition, we have built a highly efficient Nanopore-based metagenomic microbial sequencing pipeline.
We continuously innovate and advance sequencing and analysis technologies, and we are committed to providing every customer with reliable, high-quality, and comprehensive service.
