Role Description
We are seeking a Night Manager who embodies leadership with calm confidence and service with heart. As the senior leader on duty during night hours, you will ensure operational continuity, guest safety, and a seamless service experience that reflects the Miracle standard.
Your responsibilities include supervising night-shift teams, managing late-night guest interactions, resolving issues with clarity and professionalism, upholding safety and emergency protocols, and ensuring that all nightly operations meet hotel policies. You will also oversee night audits, prepare key operational reports, and provide an effective handover to the morning management team.
This role is ideal for someone who leads with precision, optimism, unity, and genuine client focus a true ambassador of the Miracle Group service culture.
