Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager to lead and manage our 24/7 AdNOC team.

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. 5+ years of experience in network operations or network management, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role within a 24/7 NOC environment.
  3. Strong understanding of network infrastructure, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs).
  4. Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG) and incident management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, PagerDuty).
  5. Experience with traditional video ad insertion technologies Splicers, Ad inserters, encoders, packagers and manifest manipulators.
  6. Knowledge of Cable/Telco/Satellite/OTT video distribution systems.
