We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager to lead and manage our 24/7 AdNOC team.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in network operations or network management, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role within a 24/7 NOC environment.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs).
- Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG) and incident management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, PagerDuty).
- Experience with traditional video ad insertion technologies Splicers, Ad inserters, encoders, packagers and manifest manipulators.
- Knowledge of Cable/Telco/Satellite/OTT video distribution systems.
