Job Responsibility
- Lead and manage engineering activities for all New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with R&D to define product specifications and development strategies.
- Provide engineering support throughout prototype build, validation, and product release phases.
- Develop prototype and test plans based on manufacturing instructions and process requirements.
- Facilitate crossfunctional communication to ensure alignment on goals, risks, and project status.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the NPI process to enhance efficiency and cycle time.
- Support risk assessments, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions during development phases.
Job Qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, manufacturing, or project management.
- Proven ability to lead and coordinate crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth product launches.
- Strong understanding of engineering processes, design principles, product development cycles, and manufacturing workflows.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Experience working in the semiconductor industry is an added advantage.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) or education in Project Management are beneficial.
