Nutrition Division Manager willdefine the direction and manage the organization's nutrition functions in alignment with business strategies. Responsible for animal feed quality, nutritional costs, formula efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This includes ongoing development of nutritional innovations, animal feed formulas, and knowledge to strengthen the company's competitive position and sustainable growth.
What will you do
- Define nutritional strategies and develop animal feed formulas aligned with business goals, costs, quality, and customer requirements.
- Accountable for nutritional cost results, formula efficiency, and overall animal feed quality across the organization.
- Manage and oversee the development, improvement, and testing of feed formulas to enhance farming efficiency, reduce costs, and add product value.
- Collaborate with Production, Sales, Marketing, and related departments to support sales, resolve customer issues, and develop new products.
- Analyze nutritional data, raw material costs, and actual formula performance to present strategic proposals to executive management.
- Drive research, development, and nutritional innovation, including sustainability concepts and resource efficiency.
- Manage and develop the nutrition team to ensure professional-level knowledge, expertise, and potential.
What are we looking for
- Master's degree or higher in Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science, or related fields.
- 810 years of experience in animal nutrition, feed formulation, or animal feed research and development.
- Experience in managing nutrition teams or departments.
- In-depth knowledge of animal nutrition and formula development.
- Understanding of feed cost structures and cost efficiency management.
- Experience in FeedFarmFood businesses or commercial-oriented roles is highly preferred.
