Job Description

• Conduct personalised nutrition consultations to assess guest dietary habits, health conditions, and wellness goals.
• Design and implement customised meal plans and nutrition programs aligned with guest needs and treatment plans.
• Facilitate group classes, workshops, and educational talks on nutrition, healthy eating, and lifestyle management.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen teams to ensure menus meet nutritional standards and guest dietary requirements.
• Prepare and maintain detailed guest nutrition records and documentation in line with company standards.
• Support the operational needs of the wellness department, including guest coordination, scheduling, and service flow.
• Assist with product sourcing, stock management, and ordering of nutritional supplements and wellness-related items.
• Coordinate with therapists, trainers, and medical staff to integrate nutrition advice into holistic guest care plans.
• Participate in wellness retreats, special events, and corporate wellness activities as required.
• Promote nutrition and wellness services, recommending appropriate programs and services to guests.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations at all times.
• Contribute to training wellness team members on basic nutrition knowledge to enhance guest engagement.

Qualifications

• The minimum requirement is usually a bachelor's degree in a relevant field like human nutrition, dietetics, public health nutrition, or food science.
• Minimum 2-3years of experience in wellness or medical wellness operations within luxury hospitality or health resort settings.
• Understand the impact of nutrition on health, gene expression, and disease prevention.
• Be able to assess nutritional needs and create personalized food and supplement plans to address specific health goals.
• Gain knowledge about specific health conditions and how nutrition can help manage them.
• Experience collaborating with healthcare professionals and understanding of wellness compliance and safety standards.
