We are urgently seeking for our vacancy job as below detail

Position:Ocean Freight Export Team Leader, Trade Lane

Location:
Head Office, Rama 9, Bangkok

Key Responsibilities: -

. Manages and drives the performance of a team of OFR Export.
. Processes handles and distributes all required documents in the shipping area.
. Ensures customer requirements are met and takes corrective actions in case of deviations from customer requirements.
. Ensures documents are completed and updated in a timely and efficient manner and according to regulations and internal procedures.
. Acts as subject matter expert for OFR Operations questions.
. Interacts with Customer Service, Product, and Global Service Centers, if required.

Qualification: -

. Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, or any related field.
. At least 5 years experience in Freight Forwarding Business or related fields.
. Extensive knowledge of OFR Forwarding Business.
. Service-minded, with good customer relationship skills.
. Strong interpersonal and cooperation with all levels including management.
. Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
. Good command of both spoken and written English.
. Leadership skills.
. Can - Do attitude.
