Position: Ocean Freight Import Team Leader
Location: at Head Office, Rama 9, Bangkok
Key Responsibilities: -
- Handle daily operation include track and trace management so as to monitor goods at all time, and Billing Process.
- Supervises and manages a team of people, which will include organizing work schedule.
- Prompt action and response to customer and DGF network to support daily operation and problem solving.
- Be responsible for training of staff and handling all customers complaints.
- To be able to negotiate claims with customers.
- Closely monitor operations and drive through performance to meet KPIs criteria.
- To prepare reports on the performance of Ocean Freight Import department and suggest improvements that will enhance the company's profit margins.
Qualification: -
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
- At least 5-8 years experience in Freight Forwarding Business.
- Strong in OFR Import from Freight Forwarding Industry.
- Service-minded, with good customer relationship skills.
- Strong interpersonal and cooperate with all levels including management.
- Good MS office skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint ).
- Good communicate both of spoken and written English.
- Strong Leadership skills.
