Position: Ocean Freight Reefer and Bulk Solutions Manager
Location: Head Office, Rama 9, Bangkok
Key Responsibilities: -
- Oversee technical operations related to liquid bulk logistics.
- Focus on managing depot activities, providing technical and product sustainability support, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Coordinate incident management, facilitate training programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Manage logged incidents in the CMC database and coordinate with relevant parties, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of issues, including claims for damaged parts.
- Collaborate with the Area Technical Manager to customize SOPs to meet additional customer information requirements.
- Collaborate with sales team to identify customer requirements, focusing On building loyalty and increasing value to customers through tailored solutions.
Qualification: -
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
- More than 4 years of experience in technical operations, logistics management, or a related field within the freight forwarding or transportation industry, with a focus on reefer
- Must be Tech level certified level 1 and must demonstrate satisfactory progress to ATM/country head.
- Proven track record of managing depot operations, incident response, and customer engagement.
- Ability to identify and meet customer needs in a pleasant and friendly manner.
- Strong interpersonal and cooperate with all levels including management.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
