The Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Admin & Operations Executive to join our Operations team in Bangkok.
This role is office-based and combines administrative support with operational tasks. You will serve as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners, supporting daily office activities while assisting with operational and reservation-related processes.
This position is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys multitasking, working with different stakeholders, and being part of a collaborative operations environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support office administrative documentation and assist Office Managers with internal and external coordination.
- Act as a point of contact for document handling and administrative support requests.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails in line with quality standards and procedures.
- Provide professional customer service via email and phone, including preparing quotations when required.
- Track client reservations and ensure timely and efficient responses.
- Monitor and follow up on enquiries received through the company website.
- Make reservations via phone and email systems.
- Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Product teams to ensure smooth coordination.
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
- Good level of English (reading, writing, and speaking) -mandatory.
- Additional languages such as Chinese, Japanese, or Korean are a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with tour operators, front desk, reservations, hotel operations, or customer service.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Junior to Mid-level experience.
