Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Assistant located in Bangkok. The Office Assistant will be responsible for managing phone communications, administrative tasks, and clerical duties. Day-to-day tasks include answering and directing phone calls, managing office supplies, organizing files, coordinating schedules and meetings, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and ensuring the office equipment is properly maintained. The role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Experience in administrative assistance and clerical work
  • Proficiency with office equipment and technology
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
