Role & Responsbilities
- To assist and execute creative approaches in the execution of CSR activities, based on Pandora's corporate giving policy (Empower Through Learning) via effective cross-functional projects while building employee engagement across Crafting and Supply.
- To plan and execute on Pandora Crafting & Supply's very own CSR, My School Project, in Thailand and pave way for the project among the Vietnamese colleagues
- To build and upkeep good relationship with surrounding communities in Bangkok through strategic activities, aligning with Pandora's corporate giving policy.
- To work closely with internal teams (globally and locally) and external parties (e.g. I-EAT) to achieve the optimum and positive impact for our communities
Qualifications
CSR & Sustainability knowledge:
- 1-2 years of experience in CSR, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), sustainability, or corporate communications.
- Understanding of ethical business practices, sustainability trends, and ESG frameworks.
Event Management:
- Understand the logic of event organization and project management, stakeholder engagement, and social impact initiatives is valuable.
Communications:
- Good communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills in both Thai and English.
- Excellent public speaking and problem-solving skills
- Strong skills in writing sustainability reports, press releases, and social media content.
Key Accountability:
- My School Project: End to End
- Community Relations: Total of 6 communities in Bangkok, working closely with I-EAT, SHE, Energy and GSM on improving the community sentiments towards Pandora.
