Job Description

Position: Officer, Innovation Quality Management

Main Responsibilities:

  • Quality Oversight & Communication
    • Coordinate quality tasks, timelines, and communication with local and HQ teams.
    • Keep the innovation testing dashboard (Power BI) updated weekly to track progress.
    • Prepare clear reports with key findings, guidelines, and action points.
  • Quality Control & Risk Management
    • Summarize lab test results and highlight potential risks.
    • Track quality deliverables and ensure smooth handovers.
    • Provide data support for innovation and material-related projects.
  • Testing & Compliance
    • Work with engineers and labs to define and track testing plans.
    • Ensure quality standards, inspections, and specifications are followed, support to create new ones if needed.
    • Support quality control activities and keep documentation organized.
  • Data & Continuous Improvement
    • Ability to analyze data and build conclusions, think outside the box when needed.
    • Gather insights, track lessons learned, and support benchmarking or competitor analysis.
    • Organize test results and share clear updates with stakeholders.
  • Logistics & Execution
    • Manage sample shipments and related documents.
    • Collect feedback to support Go/No-Go decisions.
    • Handle administrative tracking and coordination of sample statuses.
Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High confidence, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills
  • International experience preferred (study abroad or work)
  • Technical knowledge (engineering or science background a plus)
  • Experience in marketing, arts, or communications is welcome
  • Proficient in MS Office; IT or computer background a plus
  • Skills in AI, BI, and data analytics
  • Strong creative and logical problem-solving abilities
  • Critical thinker with an agile and adaptable mindset
  • Positive attitude, open to growth and change
  • Extroverted, resilient, and a collaborative team player
