Key Responsibilities - Plan and execute marketing activities across both online and offline channels in alignment with the brand direction - Support promotional campaigns for retail stores and other sales channels - Oversee content creation in collaboration with the team (social media, campaigns, in-store materials) - Coordinate with graphic designers, agencies, and suppliers for the production of marketing materials - Analyze campaign performance such as sales results, reach, and engagement - Support the development of the marketing calendar and execution of promotional events and activations - Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels - Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to generate new ideas and opportunities - Prepare performance reports and present marketing results to management - Support other marketing-related tasks as assigned Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field - 1–3 years of experience in marketing (experience in retail, lifestyle, or beauty industry is an advantage) - Basic understanding of both online and offline marketing activities - Proficient in using social media platforms and basic marketing tools - Strong communication and coordination skills - Creative mindset with the ability to work under tight deadlines - Experience with basic design tools (e.g., Canva) or basic data interpretation is an advantage - Strong teamwork skills and high level of responsibility
