Job Description

Job Summary

The Analyst Policy Management plays a key role in developing, maintaining, and monitoring supply chain policies, standards, and compliance frameworks within the OSS department. This position ensures alignment with corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and best practices, while supporting process improvement and knowledge continuity across the supply chain division.

Key Responsibilities

Policy Development & Governance

  • Draft, review, and update supply chain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulatory requirements (e.g., DMF, CGD).
  • Coordinate policy approval processes and maintain version control.

Compliance & Audit Readiness

  • Prepare documentation and evidence for internal/external audits.
  • Monitor adherence to policies and report gaps or risks to management.
  • Support sustainability and governance initiatives related to supply chain operations.

Process Standardization & Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline policy-related workflows and documentation.
  • Assist in implementing efficiency initiatives and monitor outcomes.

Knowledge Management

  • Maintain centralized repository of policies, SOPs, and best practices.
  • Support onboarding and training sessions on policy compliance for OSS team members.

Stakeholder Coordination

  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., ODX, GRC) and external stakeholders (vendors, auditors, regulators).
  • Facilitate communication and ensure consistent application of policies across the supply chain division.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related field.
  • 25 years experience in policy management, compliance, or supply chain governance.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, audit processes, and policy frameworks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with document management systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills in Thai and English.
