- Support E2E process for new innovation tools of each department (II&PD, PEX, Production, C&SQ, other).
- Design concept to see solution tool.
- Discuss final design and make fabricate part by use standard program assembly and test function tool.
- Ensure quality of tools before hand to requester.
- Support an improvement project on machine parts and machine modification per assigned.
- Machine operating and Software operating
- Discuss final design and make fabricate part by use standard program assembly and test function tool.
- Ensure that tools and Jig & fixture are produced by using a suitable machine, or CNC 3X, CNC Lathe, Milling machine per assigned.
- Operating machine by using CAD/CAM and ZW3D per assigned.
- Support team for developing facility layout and product drawings by using specific software, such as AutoCAD and ZW3D.
- Collaboration
- Cooperate with requester for ensure delivery plan is match and suitable for production plan.
