About the Company:

Our Partner is an international company operating across multiple regions, delivering products and services that enhance consumer experiences.

Summary:

Responsible for planning and executing activation campaigns across online and offline channels (Marketplaces and Retailers), managing the online customer journey, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and coordinating with external partners to drive consumer engagement and brand activation.

Job Scope / Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute activation strategies and campaigns across both online and offline channels, including Marketplaces and Retailer.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, consumer engagement, and customer experience across all touchpoints.
  • Manage the online customer journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience across all digital platforms from discovery to interaction.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Trade Marketing, Brand, Sales, and Digital teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize engagement and brand impact.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for brand activation.
  • Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and agencies to execute both in-store and online promotional activities.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. (Master's degree is a plus.)
  • Proven experience in planning and executing activation campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Strong understanding of online customer journey, Marketplace dynamics, Retailer partnerships, and E-Retailer platforms.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive, creative, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
