Position: 1. Online Account Executive (Platform Management)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update content on website and Shop App.
- Review, edit, and publish campaign and promotion pages.
- Ensure all content follows global guidelines.
- Translate and localize content, including legal materials.
- Write clear and engaging copy for campaigns.
- Support campaign planning, briefs, and A/B testing ideas.
- Coordinate with teams and act as main contact point.
- Track timelines, testing, reporting, and optimization.
- Identify risks and recommend solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years in online platform or digital campaign management.
- Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- Strong Account Executive skills.
- Excellent communication and multitasking ability.
- Strong attention to detail, responsible, and proactive.
- Fluent in English.
Position: 2. Online Account Executive (Partnership Management)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage content across multiple B2B websites.
- Review, edit, and publish partner-related content.
- Brief artwork and coordinate content needs.
- Validate 3rd-party deliverables to meet requirements.
- Act as main contact for website updates and requests.
- Communicate clearly with external partners and stakeholders.
- Provide regular progress, issue, and risk updates.
- Support system-related and platform questions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in B2B website management or campaign briefing.
- Bachelor's degree in related fields.
- Strong Account Executive background.
- Experience working with 3rd-party vendors.
- Able to manage multiple websites and tasks at once.
- Strong attention to detail with solid time and project management.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
