Key Responsibilities
- Execute online communication and social media initiatives in line with overall marketing direction and campaign strategy.
- Translate strategic briefs into clear execution plans, including task prioritization, timelines, and cross-team coordination.
- Work closely with the Merchandising team to understand promotions, NPD, focus items, and key selling messages.
- Develop and manage content calendars aligned with campaign objectives, seasonal priorities, and retail rhythm.
- Brief and coordinate with content creators (designers, photographers, videographers, copywriters) to produce on-brand content.
- Coordinate with the digital media team to manage KOL/influencer sourcing, post boosting, and paid media support.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of digital media and ad optimization tools to communicate effectively with media teams and ensure appropriate execution.
- Schedule and publish social media posts across platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
- Support internal marketing teams in promoting marketing campaigns and events through online communication and social media, ensuring smooth execution and effective amplification.
- Monitor content and campaign performance, engagement metrics, and basic media results.
- Prepare summary reports with key insights, learnings, and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure all online communication aligns with brand tone, visual standards, and overall positioning.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Approximately 58 years of experience in online communication, social media, or digital marketing execution.
- Experience working with retail, grocery, food, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
- Experience coordinating with digital media teams and influencers/KOLs is an advantage.
