We are looking for an Online Editor / Conform Operator to join our Post-Production team.
This role is responsible for preparing high-resolution media, conforming offline edits, supporting color grading sessions, and ensuring accurate final delivery.
Responsibilities
- Conform & Delivery: Handling project conform for Grading and Online (assembling, editing, and checking that the high-resolution files match the offline edit) and preparing final deliverables.
- Client Support: Working closely with Producers and artists in client-facing sessions.
- Assistance & Workflow: Assisting senior Flame artists, managing media, and handling machine room duties.
- VFX & Compositing: Basic compositing, beauty work, matte painting, and element integration.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Software Knowledge: Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere Pro. Experience with Autodesk Flame or Blackmagic DaVinci Resolve is a big plus.
- Software Familiarity: Knowledge of complementary tools like Mocha, Syntheyes, Adobe Illustrator or Lightroom
- Technical Skills: Understanding of HD/SD video formats, color spaces, and file formats.
- Soft Skills: Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and communicate effectively in a client-driven environment.
- English reading/ writing and basic communication ability.
